This vineyard selection represents the best interaction of grape variety, soil properties and microclimate. The head winemaker selects the vineyards for the grapes carefully, to be able to create an expressive, authentic and complex wine. This wine’s luscious structure makes it a meditation wine, but may also be paired with spicy foods of the European or Asian cuisine.

Harvest date:
Late September to early October
Vinification:
Short maceration, light pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel.
Tasting notes:
Color: Intense straw yellow with golden hues
Aroma: Bouquet of floral notes (rose petals, dianthus) and fruity components (lychee, grapefruit, tropical), plus some honey.
Flavor: Full and complex, pleasantly spicy with a hint of residual sugar.
