Capichera's Mantènghia is only produced in small quantities and is the result of an ambitious project. The selection of the indigenous grape variety and the selection of the best grapes go hand in hand with an aging of 24 months before bottling. Designation of Origin: IGT Isola dei Nuraghi Harvest: between late September and early October Fermentation: Fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for about 3 weeks Maturation: 24 months aging before bottling. Tasting Notes Color: deep red with intense purple hues Smell: great intensity and concentration; recognizable: currant, blackberry, blueberry, juniper berries, mint, coffee and chocolate Flavor: full, warm, round and meaty; The fruit is ripe, the persistence in the mouth continues with an enveloping finish, which is supported by a large fabric and a fine tannin structure.
