With its elegant and dry flavour, its find and captivating acidity combined with its lively, full-bodied quality are very tempting. A wine simply for pleasure, as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a whole variety of fish dishes. The short maturation process in the bottle can only have a positive effect on this Riesling.
