Benace's mild, Mediterranean climate allows us to produce a soft, pink Chiaretto of great character, rarely found in other Italian areas. Delicate on the nose, with perfumes of hawthorn, green apple and almonds, it is fresh, with good structure reminiscent of the red grapes from which it is produced. A perfect match for antipasti or salami, tempura vegetables, mushroom dishes or light pasta and risotto. It also makes a good partner for light white meat dishes or grilled fish.
