Bouquet: Intense and persistent olfactory sensations with fruity notes of blackberry and marasca cherry.
Flavour: dry and harmonious, notable structure; warm, robust but elegant
Gastronomic Combinations: Serve preferably with strong flavoured dishes of red meat and furred game: stuffed ox tail, braised beef, salmi of hare, roast wild boar. It also goes well with hard well matured cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
