Im Glas hat er intensive granatrote Reflexe. In der Nase Aromen von roten Beeren, Kirsche und Granatapfel und der unverwechselbare Veilchenduft des guten Sangiovese. Im Hintergrund ein Hauch von Vanille und mediterranen Kräutern.

Grapes: Prugnolo Gentile.
Ageing: in oak barrels for 18 months.
Refinement in bottles: 6 months.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Characteristics: Vino Nobile is garnet red in colour; its bouquet is delicate and intense, with a slight scent of violet; the taste is dry with a hint of tannic.
