Winemaking The whole berries were pressed gently in a pneumatic press. After a first racking, the must was transferred into 225-litre barrels for twelve months before being blended in stainless steel vats and aged in bottle for twelve months.
Tasting notes Yellow with faint golden tinges and greenish highlights; intense nose of well-integrated ripe apple, vanilla and citrus; complex and confident on the palate, with excellent balance
