Flavour: dry and warm to the mouth, with body and good persistence. Velvety, leaves a pleasant trace of almonds.
Gastronomic combinations: Excellent aperitif, accompanies above all dishes of white meat and fish, also suited to vegetable and soft cheese creations of medium maturity.
Alcohol Content: 13.5% Vol
Serving Temperature: 10°C as an aperitif, 15°C with a meal
