Der Sauvignon St. Valentin mit seinen klaren gelbgrünen Farbtönen zählt zu den großen Stars unter den Weißweinen der Kellerei St. Michael/Eppan.

A wine whose very name is enchantment itself. A white wine from the highest level of wine-producing technology - and which allows for no errors. The result of a harvest which - both qualtatively and quantitatively - permits no compromise. A Sauvignon slightly green in colour, with aromas of wild elder blossom and figs gently spicy, convincing on the palate, fine, dry, balanced and long-lasting. A wine whose entirety radiates harmony and strength, richness and elegance. An ideal aperitif and accompaniment to many appetisers, fish dishes and cheeses.
