Hellgelbe Farbe mit leicht grünlichen Reflexen. Ausgesprochen aromatischer, blumiger, sortentypischer Duft mit ausgeprägtem Muskatton und Noten von reifen Südfrüchten. Mittelkräftiger Körper und harmonischer Geschmack. Frischer, sehr intensiver und lange anhaltender Nachgeschmack; trocken.

Grape varieties: Yellow Muscat
Description: Bright straw-yellow colour with green reflections. Fresh, clean aroma; quite pronounced floral notes and impressions of subtropical fruit. Medium bodied, vinous with a harmonious flavour, dry. Good fresh, quite intense, long lasting aftertaste.
Suggested Food: As an aperitif or after-dinner drink, with well-flavoured starters such as sausages, pâtés and terrines, grilled fish, Asian food, cheeses.
Maturation potential: 3 – 5
Orgin: Vogelmeier vineyard on the northwest side of Lake Caldaro at an altitude of 270m (880 feet). Sandy, gravelly and partly loamy soils. Warm microclimate.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the fine lees during 4 months.
Alcohol: 12 % vol.
