Duft: intensiv nach reifem Obst (Äpfel - Birnen) gepaart mit würzigen Holznoten
Geschmack: gehaltvoll und kräftig, mit angenehm weicher Säure und langem Abgang

Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in big oak casks; malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine yeast for 12 month
